UK Based Project Managers

Your consultant will usually adopt the role of Project Manager for the software development stage, to provide complete continuity that ensures strong communications with the delivery team.  Where appropriate, there may be additional project leaders for specific functions, who will all work under the control of your consultant – for example Data Analysis teams, Technology Architecture teams or Development teams.

As a member of the HiveMind Network, we supplement our teams with additional specialist resources according to the demands of each development project – Agile Project Managers, Data Architects and Scientists, and expertise in other technical areas such as Blockchain.

Dedicated Delivery Teams

To optimise our use of resources across our skills base, we allocate teams appropriate to the technology requirements of projects to an appropriate Delivery Centre, which are typically in locations where resources are lower cost than landed UK staff.  Our Delivery Centres are based in the UK, Eastern Europe and India, and follow the same Agile development methodologies and exacting QA standards of our UK based project managers.

We deploy Agile methodologies to our development projects, as they are more appropriate to fast development where the outcome is ‘less defined’. This is especially appropriate for IoT and Cognitive software development, where quick results are required in order to assess, learn and reset further phases of development.
